Italy Part 1 of 3

To say we had fun would be an understatement. From the time we landed in Milan to the time we flew out of Rome it was one adventure after another. The views, the food, the people, the smells, the art, it was the trip of a lifetime.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting the images I captured during the trip. This weeks pictures include the people of Italy, the Bridger High Students and parents along with our new friends from the City of Angels and street performers. Next week will be landscapes the third week will be art.

For reference the first 6 pictures were in Milan (Milano). The next 9 were in Venice (Veneziana). After Venice there are 18 pictures from Florence (Frienze), 1 from Assisi then the rest are from Rome (Roma). The last 4 was in the lobby of our hotel in Roma with our new friends from LA, our bus driver Mario and or tour guide Giuseppe. I almost had the LA seniors talked into coming to Montana to get their school pictures taken and if you guys are reading this the offer is still open : ) Enjoy the pics, sign up for my email so you don’t ever miss a post and I’ll see you all next week.

This post has been a long time coming. As we all know once the holidays hit things turn upside down, sideways and get a little crazy to say the least. Just a heads of for the two of you that read this haha, this will be my last blog until after the new year. Along with the holidays my family and I are taking a trip to Italy, so my priorities are going to be elsewhere, but enough about me.

Monochrome Montana EP. 1 Havre

I love black and white photography so I thought ( yes it was painful) as my job takes me all over the state why not document what I see in B&W, everyone photographs this beautiful state in color so why not be a little different and original.

6 Tips For Better Cell Phone Pics

With the popularity of cell phones and the fact that the cameras on these phones keep getting better and better I thought I would give you a few of my top tips for taking better pictures using your phone.

In my opinion, nothing will replace a professional camera for professional quality images but you can get some pretty darn good images with your cell these days. A lot of my Instagram images on my running profile are done with my cell as well as a few on my photography profile when it comes to low-resolution images on the computer it can be hard to tell the difference.  So here are my tips for taking better pics with your phone.

Protecting Images On The Web

Protecting Images On The Web

I THINK IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO PROTECT YOUR IMAGES WHEN YOU RELY ON THEM FOR YOUR LIVELIHOOD BUT I ALSO KNOW NO MATTER WHAT MEASURES I TAKE, NOTHING WILL STOP DISHONEST PEOPLE FROM STEALING MY CONTENT AND PHOTOS IF THEY REALLY WANT TO. I FIGURE IT'S BEST NOT TO WASTE TIME TRYING TO ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE, IT'S BETTER TO SIMPLY TRY AND DETER DOWNLOADERS BY MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO ACCESS OR USE MY PICTURES.
