I posed the question over the weekend asking, should men and women train differently, and the results are in. 56% of you said no and 44% said yes.
Truth be told the answer in most cases is no. Great job 57% (Bob tell’em what they’ve won). Maybe someday if this blog and my page take off and I get some advertising I may do giveaways but for now all you won is bragging rights.

I thought about writing this with the my male readers in mind. I was going to talk about the oils I use for my beard and skin and how I mix them but that would be robbing all of you of the benefits of all the other oils I use as well.
That being said the reason I started using the oils was to get away from all the harsh chemicals in deodorants, shaving creams, beard balms, soaps, actually most personal hygiene products, just read the ingredients on any of them, if you can’t pronounce the ingredient as a general rule you don’t need it on or in your body.
